Dr. Joseph Zelnik is the Director of International Cooperation as well as the Academic Director of the Banking and Finance programme at Galilee International Management Institute. He is an independent consultant and lecturer of finance in Israel and abroad. He has served as an External Director of public companies in Israel. Dr. Zelnik served as the Vice President of Private Banking and Specialized Finance for U- Bank, was a member of the senior management of the bank, its credit and nostro committees, as well as a member of the board of directors of U-Bank Asset Management Ltd. and U-Bank Trust Company Ltd. He also served as the Manager of the Finance and Insurance Department, Elbit Computers Ltd. and was the Deputy Manager, Bank Hapoalim, City Branch, London.
