Dr. Ishai Dror is a lecturer for several MBA programmes, as well as a consultant in business continuity and operational risk management, organisational work plans and managerial information systems. He has conducted the largest managerial exercises in the business sector in Israel. Dr. Dror formerly served as the Minister's Assistant, responsible for planning and policy matters at the Ministry of Communication. He carried out consulting activities for  the Bank of Israel and other large banks in Israel, El-AL (Israel Airlines), Cellcom, Amdocs, the Prime Ministers' Office, the Israel Bar Association, Israel Railway Company, Israel Aerospace Industries, Maccabi Health Services, Israel Airport Authority and the Israel Prison Service.
