Dr. Moshe Becker is a transport and traffic safety expert and consultant. He has served as a researcher and senior lecturer at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and has been a consultant to the Israeli Parliament’s Economics and Road Safety Committees, the Ministry of Transport and Road Safety Administration and Israel Railways. He was Commander of the Research and Development Unit for Road Safety.
