Udi Dvir was a Former Senior Israeli Navy Officer and CEO of a Maritime Security Consulting Company that specialises in ISPS maritime ships and port, assessment, planning, training, implementation and exercising. He served as a consultant for the worldwide security industry and as a specialist on command and control systems, shore protection systems, decision making, security awareness and security technologies.
