On Tuesday February 9, 2021, we held a GIMI webinar hosted by Dr. Clara Rispler, on the theme: Connect and Strengthen your Leadership Skills.

Dr Rispler encouraged participants to embrace a paradigm that moves away from a hierarchical model in which titles and positions define leaders, to a culture in which all individuals, including non-managers, are given the opportunity to lead.
