GIMI President, Joseph Shevel was invited to be a keynote speaker during the Uganda Water and Environment Week. He delivered his speech at the Water Resources Institute in Entebbe. He was delighted to meet up with many graduates of GIMI and he was pleased to have met with the Acting Permanent Secretary Mr. Emmanuel Freddie Mugunga of the new Ugandan ministry (Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation). It was reported in the Ugandan press.
