Galilee Institute Chosen to Train Armenian Specialists

Personnel from SPAYKA, the largest international cargo carrier of Armenia, will undergo internships at Galilee International Institute of Management in Israel. Dr. Joseph Shevel, President of Galilee Institute and Ms. Karen Baghdasaryan, Head of Project Management Department of SPAYKA, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation for three years of training. The agreement was reached in Yerevan within the framework of the public forum "Armenia-Israel". Exactly how to implement the new agreement will be determined in May, within the framework of the visit of Armenian Minister of Agriculture Ignat Arakelyan to Israel.

Meeting at the Ministry of Agriculture

Dr. Shevel also had a very productive meeting at the Armenian Ministry of Agriculture. He met the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and his team. Dr Shevel was accompanied by Mrs. Rima, Chairperson of the Jewish Community in Armenia and Dr. Alexander (Sacha) Tzinker, former Member of Israeli Parliament (Knesset) and Co-Chairman of the Israeli-Armenia Association.
