GIMI delivered the 2nd part of the bespoke programme on Ethiopia Transport Leadership: Planning, Development and Management. The 1st part was successfully carried out in Ethiopia. The participants then came to Israel to complete the programme. They were delighted to meet the Mayor of Haifa, the Honourable Yona Yahav, who invited the Ethiopian delegation to a reception, to honour the special relationship between the Ethiopian and Israeli people. The Head of the Ethiopian delegation, the Honourable Abdissa Yadeta Muleta, State Minister of Transport, thanked Mayor Yahav for the warm reception in Haifa and spoke about continuing cooperation. He also thanked Galilee Institute and the Academic Director, Dr. Moshe Becker for the excellent programme on Transport Planning and Management.
