30/08/2017 | Nigerian GIMI Graduate is Appointed to Commissioner of Police, Lagos State

Graduate of our Centre for Strategic Studies, Edgar Imohimi, has been appointed to Commissioner of Police in charge of the Lagos State Command in Nigeria.

He studied in a programme we delivered for the DIA in Abuja on National Security in 2015, after which he was promoted from Chief Superintendent of Police to Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Intelligence at the Police Force Headquarters in Abuja, and later to Deputy Commissioner of Police. In his last position he co-led impressive, successful operations against criminals. Imohimi is expected to continue to lead the Police Force forward in Lagos State.
