Vihiga County Assembly, Kenya sent the first group to learn about Israel’s agriculture and environment management in a short study tour organised by Galilee Institute.
The group received lectures and study visits to a dairy; open field and greenhouse vegetable production; poultry; apiary; water recycling and landfill management.
They also toured Israel to discover its ancient history in Jerusalem, the Dead Sea and Nazareth.

Two more groups from this assembly are expected in June.
