Dr. Joseph Shevel, was invited to lecture at the Federal University of Technology (FUTO), Owerri, Nigeria. His lecture, entitled 'Economic Development based on Education: The Israeli Experience', was very well received. He was delighted to see so many GIMI graduates. Dr. Shevel also held very fruitful meetings where it was decided to strengthen and deepen the cooperation between FUTO and GIMI.
