The Director of the Centre for Higher Education and International Relations for the Lusophone Department at GIMI, Carina Baum, travelled to her "home away from home", Africa. This time she visited Mozambique.
Carina Baum spent one fruitful and very pleasant week in Mozambique, where she was delighted to meet good friends, visit several institutions and deliver her well received lecture on motivation and work commitment in three different locations.

Carina finally made her dream come true, with the support of GIMI Graduate and Friend Grasiela Dimande who scheduled a visit to the orphanage 1 de Maio
Carina was delighted to deliver a lecture on Motivation and Work Commitment to Students at Eduardo Mondlane University

Carina was very impressed by the way changes are being managed in Mozambique. She noticed a high interest and support for capacity building and concluded the week even more optimistic then she usually is.
